The name FOC, pronounced /fok/, is Catalan for ‘fire,’ reflecting the restaurant’s dynamic and spirited atmosphere. Upon arrival, guests are welcomed by the bustling open kitchen, where chefs and bartenders work seamlessly to create exquisite dishes and drinks. The ambiance is casual yet lively, prioritizing both quality and enjoyment. Chef Nandu Jubany, the visionary behind FOC Group, brings over two decades of culinary expertise from his acclaimed Michelin-starred Restaurant Can Jubany in Spain. Although based in Spain, Chef Nandu frequently oversees FOC’s culinary offerings and visits Singapore for special events.

Signature dishes at FOC include squid ink paella, anchovies, suckling pig, grilled octopus, mushroom croquettes, sea urchin, pork jowl, lamb shoulder, beetroot salad, and roasted cauliflower.
