Chef Nandu Jubany, the visionary behind FOC Group, brings over two decades of culinary expertise from his acclaimed Michelin-starred Restaurant Can Jubany in Spain. Although based in Spain, Chef Nandu frequently oversees FOC’s culinary offerings and visits Singapore for special events.
