This popular bak kut teh stall in a coffee shop lives up to its reputation! Ordering is a breeze – just tell them your table number and they’ll deliver the food straight to you.

Their BKT soup is a must-try. The braised pork leg is a crowd-pleaser too, melt-in-your-mouth tender and bursting with flavor. Both pair beautifully with a simple bowl of white rice for a classic Singaporean comfort food experience.

Soto Ayam Heaven! Flavorful broth, generous chicken, amazing value. Worth the wait (might be long) & perfect location by Botanic Gardens MRT.

Art offered a delightful experience with stunning views and comfortable, well-spaced seating for a private dining experience. The food was delicious, and the variety of desserts at the end was a delightful surprise (though I may have overindulged!).

However, considering the price point, the service could have been a tad more attentive. A lovely venue for a special occasion with delicious food, but the service could be more polished to match the price tag.

Scored a quiet lunch spot with the fam! Spacious for the kids to roam, and the food was fantastic – especially the claypot beehoon (kid-approved!). Two delicious crabs (black pepper & beehoon) and very reasonable prices. Perfect family find!

This spot blew me away! Huge spread of delicious Halal dishes – from lamb bak kut teh to Alaskan crab! Loved the truffle roti john and curry laksa too. Spacious and comfy environment, perfect for a relaxed team lunch. Highly recommend!

Skip the tourist traps and head to Ya Hua Bak Kut Teh for some of the best bak kut teh in Singapore! This place is a local favorite, and for good reason. The pork rib soup is simply delicious – bursting with flavor without being overwhelmed by white pepper. It’s a perfect balance that hits all the right notes.

We went beyond the soup and tried some of their other specialties too. The tau pok were perfectly soaked up the flavor of the broth, the pig intestines were cleaned and cooked to perfection, and the pig kidney added a delightful textural contrast.

Song Fa Bak Kut Teh is always buzzing with customers, but don’t let the line deter you! Their service is impressively fast and efficient. In fact, you can even beat the wait by pre-ordering your food through a QR code while you’re still in line – a nice touch!

We opted for the classic pork bone soup, pork tenderloin, and dough fritters. The peppery broth, though not spicy, was incredibly comforting – perfect for a rainy day. The pork tenderloin was a delightful surprise – melt-in-your-mouth tender with a touch of sweetness.

This incredible hotel buffet has become a yearly tradition for my birthday celebration, and for good reason! It’s truly one of the best and most delicious buffets I’ve experienced in Singapore.

The star of the show is definitely the phenomenal seafood selection. They offer a vast array of options, going beyond the usual oysters and king crab legs. Hot dishes featuring succulent lobster and various types of crab elevate the experience to a whole new level.

Of course, the impeccable service and wide variety of dishes beyond the seafood spread ensure a truly satisfying experience. There’s something to please every palate, leaving you completely content.

In short, this exceptional buffet offers the perfect combination of delectable food, flawless service, and a luxurious ambiance. Highly recommended for a special occasion or a truly memorable night out!

Chin Huat Seafood definitely lived up to its reputation! We came with a reservation (recommended!), and the staff was incredibly helpful throughout the meal.

We opted for a live lobster and a crab, letting the waiter guide us on the best cooking methods. They weren’t pushy at all, but I couldn’t resist adding the fried cai poh kway teow – a craving from my last visit here.

The star of the show was definitely the steamed lobster with garlic sauce. The freshness was undeniable – straight from the tank and cooked to perfection! The staff even helped us deshell it, ensuring we enjoyed every bit of the delicious meat.

The black pepper crab didn’t disappoint either – simply delicious and bursting with flavor. And of course, no trip to Chin Huat is complete without their signature chili crab. The sauce was incredible, perfect for dipping those fluffy mantou buns.

It had been a while since I last visited Mellben Seafood, and while the food quality remains good, there’s a noticeable jump in prices compared to the past.

The highlight for me was definitely the chili sauce! Packed with flavor. The creamy eggy chilli gravy also hits the spot, offering a sweet and savory balance, perfect for dipping those fluffy fried buns. The star of the show, the crab, was fresh and firm, cooked perfectly. broth in the claypot bee hoon was still flavorful and satisfying.
