They’ve got a good wok fried crisp going on here from a balance of eggs and starch, and the oysters are large and plump. The chilli is zesty and give you a tangy kick. Its a good plate of fried oyster omelette.
Great choice if you’re at ECP lagoon for seafood. Hard to go wrong here unless you get unlucky. Get the blackpepper, stingray and the cereal, salted egg dishes. thumbs up.
What I like are the tender pork ribs, cooked just right, and the soup that’s full of herbal and peppery flavor. The pig trotters are also soft and delicious. The only downside is the hawker center gets pretty hot at lunchtime, making it a bit uncomfortable to enjoy the bak kut teh. 5/5
What I liked here is their sliced fish or fried fish with noodles dishes. The fish is prepared fresh right in front of you, with no off-putting smell, and the broth was delicious. Tastes like the comfort food my mum makes when I’m craving home-cooked meals. add chilli padi and soy sauce for a bigger hit. Add Definitely worth a try.
Stall 28 Hengs is a bib gourmand winner. What I liked here is the fried carrot cake—it totally surprised me. I didn’t expect much since fried carrot cake is pretty common, but this one tasted homemade and had a really nice flavour. The black version was tasty, even if it wasn’t the prettiest. The oyster omelette was a win too, with big, juicy oysters that made the dish pop. Order both the carrot cake and the oyster omelette.
Good braise. Good thick Gravy. Worth getting extras. Friendly service.

Charcoal grilled wings. Might end up dry and somewhat hard but the taste is consistently good. Add chilli and lime for an extra kick.

Hup kee is head to head with Stall 28 Heng’s carrot cake. #1 & #2 in my books. Crispy and delicious. Try both.
