About
Founded by Gwern Khoo and Ben Tham in 2013, A Noodle Story began as a modest hawker stall at Amoy Street Food Centre. Its success led to the opening of a standalone eatery in Guoco Tower in 2021 and earned it a place on the MICHELIN Bib Gourmand list. The restaurant combines elements of traditional wanton mee with Japanese ramen. The signature dish features noodles served with tender pork belly and a flavourful wanton soup filled with fresh shrimp and spices. The prawn tempura, known for its light, non-greasy crispiness, perfectly complements the noodles, creating a harmonious blend of textures and flavours.
