This humble stall serves an array of mouthwatering roast meats with rice or noodles. The char siew is exceptionally tender, boasting a caramelized, sticky texture that offers a perfect balance of flavors with melt-in-your-mouth fatty layers. The roasted pork is simply irresistible, featuring a combination of crackling skin, juicy meat, and the ideal amount of delectable fat. The noodles, too, are flavorful and pair wonderfully with the succulent meats.
Char Siu Lang is the realization of Chef Ivan’s dream to master the art of roasting and open his own stall. With no formal culinary training, Chef Ivan left his comfortable job in the finance sector to follow his passion for creating delicious food.
