I was blown away by the diversity of flavors at Estate Buffet. The international cuisine stations offered authentic and delicious dishes. The quality of the ingredients was evident!

As a hotel guest, I couldn’t resist trying the Estate’s weekend dinner buffet, and boy, was it worth the splurge! The food selection is mind-blowing – fresh seafood, tender meats, fantastic vegetarian choices, and a dessert spread that’s pure heaven. Everything tasted amazing! I especially loved the carving station with juicy lamb and the impressive cheese selection. It’s a bit pricey, but definitely a treat for special occasions.

Estate’s buffet is a food coma waiting to happen – in the best way possible! I wandered through a maze of international flavors, finally diving into a plate piled high with succulent slices of black truffle roasted duck. The truffle hoisin sauce was like a flavor explosion, and every bite was pure indulgence.

Estate Restaurant’s new buffet has dethroned all others as my favorite buffet experience in Singapore (and I’ve tried many!). While it is on the pricier side, the focus on fresh, seasonal ingredients is evident in every bite. From their signature Truffle Duck, to a whole seafood section overflowing with fresh prawns, mussels, and oysters, it’s a seafood lover’s paradise. They even have a live station where chefs prepare dishes a la minute, adding a touch of excitement to the experience. The service is outstanding – friendly, attentive, and always ready to recommend their hidden gems. The ambiance is modern and stylish, with open kitchens that let you see the culinary magic happen. Overall, a must-try for anyone who enjoys a luxurious and delicious buffet experience in the heart of Orchard Road. In my opinion, it’s simply the best, but be prepared for the price tag!

Don’t just stick to the obvious at Estate’s weekend dinner buffet. While the carving station and seafood are tempting, take some time to explore the hidden gems. Loved their truffle mac and cheese – creamy and decadent. The Indian curries were also delicious, bursting with flavor. Don’t forget to save room for dessert – the chocolate fountain is a must-try!

We had a fantastic time at Estate restaurant. The food was delicious, and Joe’s service was excellent. He really took care of us. Shoutout to Joe. The food in general was amazing, only the desserts were a bit of a letdown but I can look past that There were oysters, prawns, and tons of other seafood. Too many to list. It was a really good spread.
Recommended dishes: Seafood, Indian Cuisine, Sashimi, Seafood Buffet, Cold Seafood, Salad Bar.

Estate transcends the typical buffet experience. Having visited numerous buffets in the past, none have quite matched the exceptional quality offered here.
The emphasis on fresh, high-quality ingredients shines through in every dish. The variety is truly impressive, with an astounding selection that even includes five different types of soup (during my visit). It was simply impossible to sample every tempting option, especially considering the “try a bit of everything” approach I typically take at buffets. Sadly, this even meant forgoing a second helping of their signature truffle roast duck – a testament to the sheer abundance and allure of the offerings.
Overall Impression: Estate sets a new standard for excellence in buffet dining. The focus on fresh ingredients, captivating variety, and signature dishes like the truffle roast duck make for an unforgettable culinary experience.

Estate Buffet: Winning! Estate totally deserves the hype! The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Loved the variety – international dishes, yummy local favorites, and a whole section dedicated to seafood! Plus, the staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a special occasion or just a treat!

Exquisite Seafood & Diverse Options at Estate Buffet!
The Estate buffet at Hilton Singapore Orchard truly impressed! The sheer variety of food was incredible, offering a global selection – Indian, Western, Chinese, dim sum, fresh seafood, local Singaporean dishes, and even festive delights. Each section felt unique and inviting, with the seating areas cleverly divided for a more intimate dining experience.
The highlight for me was the seafood. The prawns were incredibly fresh, and the entire display on ice was impressive. Highly recommend this buffet to anyone seeking a fantastic dining experience with exceptional service and a vast array of fresh, delicious food!
