I went for the black carrot cake, and it was so comforting! The sweetness balanced well with the savory flavors, and the bits of char added a nice smokiness.

Shiok Fried Carrot Cake! This carrot cake damn good! Kway (rice cakes) are soft and fried perfectly all the way through. Sauce is sweet and slightly charred, almost caramelized!
