About
HolyCrab’s move to Capitol Arcade marks a new chapter for this popular seafood restaurant. Located in Singapore’s cultural district, the restaurant now sits among beautiful Victorian-era buildings, blending old and new. Started in 2009 by Chef Elton, HolyCrab was first known as a private dining spot for its creative crab dishes. Signature dishes include Singapore Chilli Crab, Broccoli with Garlic Crab Sauce, and Crab Fried Rice. The new location offers more seating and a charming bar area.

Was surprised by the sweetness of HolyCrab’s chilli crab sauce! It was still delicious, but different than what I expected. The crab was cooked perfectly, and the portion size was decent for the price. Friendly service too!

Visited Holycrab at capitol with friends on a friday night. Amazing chilli crab and crab fried rice. I was really impressed with everything we ordered. The pork belly was a nice surprise—super tender and crispy with a touch of prawn paste. The Capricorn dish was fantastic, each piece of corn coated in fragrant salted egg sauce. The Nai Bai had a good amount of wok hei. The Chao Ta bee hoon was decent too, with lots of pork belly, squid, and prawns.
The green chilli crab was a highlight. The sauce was unique compared to the usual chilli crab sauce, with a good kick. It wasn’t anything special on its own but paired perfectly with the sweet, succulent crab meat. Overall, it was a pretty great meal for the price, and I’ll definitely be back.
The standout dishes for me were the Full of Crab Fried Rice, Singapore Chilli Crab, Holycrab Fried Rice, and the Green Chilli Crab.

This spot offers a taste of Singaporean seafood, particularly crabs. They come in a range of sizes and sauces, with options for both spicy and non-spicy palates.
