Mentored by various talented chefs early in his career, he developed a unique style that blends different elements into his culinary creations, continually enriching the rich culture of Peranakan food.
The Ayam Buah Keluak, a traditional braised chicken dish infused with fragrant spices and buah keluak nuts, was particularly enjoyable. The Beef Rendang stood out for its tenderness and rich aroma. The Otah Otah, especially when paired with coconut cream, was a must-try. Despite its high prices, INDOCAFE offers a cozy setting ideal for gatherings with its Peranakan-inspired ambiance, highlighted by its ornamental decor.
