Since 2023, Jag has occupied an elegant space adorned with white walls, sage green furnishings, brushed brass accents, and mid-century rattan chairs. Chef Jeremy Gillon’s culinary approach remains focused on vegetables, utilizing French produce at peak ripeness, complemented by select meats and seafood. His dishes are notable for their delicate flavours and innovative presentation. The cheese trolley, with its extensive selection, is a particular highlight. Jag excels in the artisanal presentation of food, delivering dishes that, while small in portion, are impeccably balanced in flavour, leaving diners eager for more. The service is exemplary, with staff providing detailed explanations of each dish and its ingredients. The menu showcases a thoughtful array of vegetables and herbs, each course meticulously paired. The attentive and friendly staff, along with the chef’s personal introductions to guests, make the dining experience memorable.
