Lagoon Famous Carrot Cake has been holding it down at East Coast Lagoon for over a decade. The portions are big enough to fill you up, and they throw in some fresh prawns too. The carrot cake is cooked just right—soft with a crispy edge and not too greasy. It’s got a bit of sweetness, some wok hei magic, and those prawns add a nice little crunch.
