Just had a phenomenal dining experience at Roia, nestled within the Singapore Botanic Gardens! From the moment we arrived, the attention to detail was stunning. The restaurant itself is housed in a beautiful heritage building, tastefully decorated with a modern yet inviting ambiance.
But the true star of the show is the food! Chef Priyam took us on a delightful culinary journey. Each dish was a masterpiece – a stunning balance of innovative flavors and fresh, high-quality ingredients. (Bonus points for using almond cream instead of dairy – perfect for those with allergies!) The service was impeccable, attentive without being intrusive. The staff’s passion for the food and genuine hospitality truly elevated the experience.
