While everything else at Boon Lay Power Nasi Lemak was delicious, the fried chicken felt a bit dry on my visit. Hopefully, it was just an off day!

This Nasi Lemak stall has been a cherished favorite of mine since I was young. They consistently deliver some of the best in Singapore! The highlight for me is always the fried chicken wing – perfectly marinated and crispy, no matter how long it’s been out. They’re also generous with their sambal chilli, the perfect complement to the fragrant pandan rice

The quality can be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes the rice is delicious, but other times it can be a bit bland. The fried chicken wing is always a win – perfectly crispy and fresh. Overall, it’s a decent option, but be prepared for some inconsistency in the rice.
