Run by the elder brother of the famous Bib Gourmand Adam Road Noo Cheng Prawn Noodles, this stall serves up a mean bowl of prawn noodles. The soup’s got that perfect garlicky kick and just the right amount of sweetness. The kway teow with chili? Smooth and spicy, just how we like it. Pork belly’s tender and fresh, not that cheap frozen stuff. The prawns are big, juicy, and perfectly cooked. Only gripe? The pork lard could be crispier. Overall, it’s a prawn noodle fix that’s definitely worth coming back for!

What I liked here is the shrimp soup base, which is incredibly aromatic and full of prawn flavour. Even though there’s no extra broth, the rich prawn essence makes it a great value. The dry noodles are also infused with a lovely prawn scent from the chilli oil sauce. Portions run small, common due to cost of prawns. I would upsize or order 2 bowls if you’re a big eater.
