Jin Hua fish soup stall always has long lines of locals and tourists. The soup is super creamy and flavourful. The beehoon and fish are perfectly cooked. The broth is thick, milky, and savoury, with big chunks of fried fish, lots of tofu, and fresh veggies. It’s one of the best fish soups in town.
