  Everything felt incredibly fresh, from the plump, juicy prawns in my seafood fried rice to the yummy steamed red snapper. Must order the chilli crabs!!!

  Red House Seafood at the Grand Copthorne Waterfront was a fantastic experience! We went for a celebratory dinner and were thoroughly impressed.

  The ambiance is perfect – modern yet warm, with beautiful natural light streaming through the windows during the day. We opted for the chili crab, a classic Singaporean dish, and it did not disappoint. The crab was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked with succulent meat, and the sauce had a delightful balance of sweet, savory, and just the right amount of spice. It was messy in the best way possible, and we devoured every last bit with the provided fried mantou for dipping.

  We also tried the steamed cod with garlic and soy sauce. The cod was incredibly flaky and flavorful, and the sauce was light and complemented the delicate taste of the fish perfectly. Everything felt fresh and cooked to perfection.

  Went to the Esplanade outlet for a seafood feast, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! The star of the show, as always, is the chilli crab – absolutely superb! Perfectly cooked meat and a sauce that goes down a treat with the mantou (steamed buns) and fried rice.

  They got other good stuff too, like the steamed fish with mixed seafood curry. Hit the spot! And if you score a seat by the window, you get a pretty sweet view of the river while you chow down. Definitely adds to the experience!
