[TEMP CLOSED] Soon Wah Fishball Kway Teow Mee at Newton Hawker Centre serves some of the best fishballs in town. You can instantly tell they’re handmade by their slightly varied sizes and visible fish meat bits when you bite into them. These fishballs are larger than usual, yet light, bouncy, fresh, and sweet in every bite. The mee pok and chili are top-notch, and you can skip the vinegar if you prefer. Alongside the fishballs, their handmade fish dumplings are also a must-try, offering a unique texture that stands out from the rest.
