The lala broth here is one of the best broths we’ve had—sweet, savoury, and it doesn’t make you thirsty. Everything is fresh and delicious, with the lala being extra juicy. We recommend adding huadiaojiu to the soup for more flavour. The sides are good and go well with the soup. Plus, the charcoal-based hotpot makes it even better. Definitely worth trying! ...
