HUSK offers unique twists on nasi lemak, and it totally works! I tried their Lemak Chicken Drumstick set. The chicken was huge and juicy, and the lemak sauce was delicious creamy. Plus, all the classic nasi lemak accompaniments were there – fragrant rice, sambal, and crunchy ikan bilis.

Husk’s grilled chicken nasi lemak wasn’t bad, but it didn’t knock my socks off. The coconut flavor in the rice wasn’t as strong as I’d like, and the egg was a bit overdone. On the bright side, the staff were super friendly, and they have some cool fusion stuff like a Taiwanese chicken cutlet nasi lemak!

Nasi Lemak with a Modern Touch! This stall offers a unique twist on the classic Nasi Lemak, and it works! I especially loved the sambal, crispy ikan billis, and incredibly flavorful coconut rice.
A big shoutout for their bold choice to include an onsen egg – it adds a luxurious and delicious element to the dish. The fried chicken was perfectly seasoned and juicy, rounding out the entire experience.

Fantastic nasi lemak. The drumstick is huge! The ingredients are generous and everything on the plate is spot-on. The place is tiny, so it can get pretty crowded during peak timing.

Tried the nasi lemak, berempah and rendang. I wished the rice was more Lemak but overall great food.
