Ho jiak! The claypot cooking infuses the peppery broth with a smoky depth, and the pork ribs are incredibly tender and cooked to perfection. They offer a variety of other dishes on the menu, but the claypot bak kut teh is shiok!!

I usually get the you tiao on the side to soak up all the deliciousness. Highly recommend for a rainy day or anytime you need a peppery hug in a bowl!

Their herbal BKT boasts rich, flavorful broth (refillable!) and melt-in-your-mouth ribs. Don’t miss the crispy Cereal Chicken for a textural contrast, and the fluffy Cai Po Egg for a perfect flavor balance.

Their peppery broth is on the spicier side, but still incredibly flavorful. They also offer chopped chilies on the side for those who want to take the heat up a notch further. The pork belly option is a great choice for those who prefer a fattier I love their braised peanuts too, a perfect textural and flavor contrast to the rich broth and rice. Yum!

Sin Heng Claypot Bak Kut Teh won’t leave you hungry! Their portions are generous, and the price is very reasonable, especially considering the quality of the ingredients. The staff is friendly and attentive, making the overall dining experience enjoyable.

This is the herbal hokkien version with darker broth. It’s good but I feel it could have been stronger in flavour. 4/5
