Each naan is hand-rolled and pressed against the scorching inner walls of a tandoor, an electric charcoal oven. The high heat creates delightful air pockets, producing a naan that boasts a perfect blend of fluffiness and crispiness.
Beyond naan, Delhi Lahori excels in other flatbreads like chapati and tandoori roti. These yeast-free options are thinner and denser, with chapati cooked on a grill and tandoori roti embracing the intense heat of the tandoor.
