This is my favourite stall if I have to have seafood at Newton. The sambal is punchy with a robust onion flavour, complementing the tender, fresh stingray cooked to perfection. It easily surpasses Stall 31 and 27 in taste. The stingray arrives hot, spicy, and packed with flavour.
